Description: The contractor shall furnish all equipment, operating fuel, lubricants, transportation and other items and incidentals necessary to perform roadside vegetation control on an *as-needed* requirements basis in accordance with the applicable terms, conditions, and specifications. Work will be performed within the administrative boundaries of the south end of the Cherokee National Forest in Polk and Monroe counties, TN. Contract period will include a base period (May 1, 2002 - April 30, 2003), with a possibility of one option year (May 1, 2003 - April 30, 2004).
