Description
Potential sources are sought to provide Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services of Elevators at Travis AFB, CA. Elevator Services include, but are not limited to, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly, and bi-weekly services on elevators 31, 181, 185, 187, 380A 380B, ***381, 383, 803, and 836; (Including Building #10, please see Note below). A contract is expected to be awarded for the Basic period and four (4) one year option periods. Potential bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. All sources must include their business size, and experience in elevator services. NAICS Code: 81131. This is not a solicitation. The information provided will be used for planning purposes only. Please respond to the Market Survey question below: 1. Do you provide Preventative Maintenance and repair services of Elevators?____ If yes, what type of services? ________________________________________ 2. Are you capable of providing service for the following elevators? Otis, US Elevator, Atlas, Holister Whitney, Otis, Dover, National Wheel-O-Vator, (Physical disabled persons lift) and Thyssen. Please explain _________________ Note: Elevator # 10 is presently under warranty and will be added to the contract after the one (1) year warranty has expired. ***Denotes that 381 have three (3) elevators.
