Description: The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Hewlett Packard to provide hardware and software support on a 24/7 basis for a Hewlett Packard XP Critical Support System (Product no H4393C. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that Hewlett Packard is the only valid source with the organization and expertise that can meet the Bureau of the Census's needs and requirments. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation will be issued.
