Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will be issued. Proposals will be requested basd upon this solicitation. This procurement is for computer hardware and software for the Department of the Interior, Office of the Special Trustee, Office of Trust Funds Management, Albuquerque, New Mexico. This solicitation will be for configurations of a specific make and model. No others will be considered. Delivery shall be F.O.B.Destination, and received within 30 calendar days of the award. Inside delivery/acceptance will be to:Department of the Interior; Office of the Special Trustee; Office of Trust Funds Management; 505 Marquette, NW, Suite 1200; Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, Attention: Frank Olguin. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items shall apply. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.21203 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commerical Items, with their offer. FAR clauses 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commerical Items-Commercial Items, apply to this procurement. All items provided shall be warranted. Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. MST Friday, May 17, 2002 to the contracting officer address listed above and or faxed to (505) 248-6328, Attention: Sharon L.
