Description

This serves as a notice of intent to procure on a sole source basis, with Geneva Software, Inc. under their GSA schedule. This is a follow-on for operation and maintenance support for the Department of State International Cooperative Administration Support Services (ICASS) software. The resultant task order is projected to be for a base and two option periods. Any GSA IT software maintenance schedule holder that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within fifteen days from the date of publication of this synopsis. This notice may represent the only official notice. If no responses are received, the Department of State will proceed with the sole source award to Geneva Software, Inc.
