- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS is 421450. Prospective offerors are required to submit written or faxed quotations. The So. Texas Health Care System, Audie L. Murphy Division has a requirement to procure a Plethysmograph, Model VMAX Spectra 22 manufactured by Sensormedics Corporation or equal. VMAX series: (Clearance to Market 510(k): K942211) Test Proc: Calibration, Spirometry, Pre/Post Bronchodilator Testing/Graphic Overlays, Lung Volume, Diffusing Capacity (Single & IntraBreath). Includes: Two Modules, Three Mass Flow Sensors, Three Breathing Circuits, Flash Multi-gas Analyzer, Spectra Software, Extensive Help Menus, Computer Instruction Tutorial, Quality Assurance Monitoring, Electronic Manual, Start-up Supplies. Complete with the following options and accessories: Instrument Assy V62J Autobox; Nitrogen Lung Kit Vol. w/gas V62J; Autobox Compliance Kit; SWR Compliance Kit Option V6200 (Autobox Compliance Software); Kit w/gas BRKT cables VMAX /Spect 110V; Gas & Hose Kit Table VMAX 22; Kit Parallel PCI Board (for use in GX240 computers or computers with no ISA slots; Computer Assy 17" flat monitor 115V Spectra; Multimedia speakers w/int power supply; SWR Broncho Challenge VMAX; SWR Pulmonary Interpretation VMAX (pulmonary interpretation); Maximum pressure option VMAX; SWR Kit color printer HP-94X; Site install & training (2) VMAX Non 229 (On-site training for 2 people; and Spiropro SMC US (handheld pulmonary portable spirometer.
