Description

NA PROJECT TITLE AND LOCATION: Lemon Hill Biotechnical Embankment Protection, Terminus Dam, Lake Kaweah, Visalia, Tulare County, CA. This proposed procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. JOB DESCRIPTION: Located at the parking lot for the marina at Terminus Dam. Work consists of protecting soil fill material for the parking area; Installing biotechnical systems such as brush boxes and brush mattresses to protect soil from wave wash; Planting individual container plants; Collecting and placing rou ghly 100,000 live willow cuttings to use within the biotechnical applications; Installing an overhead spray irrigation system, including a 5,000 gallon holding tank; Watering the individual plants and biotechnical applications for a period of 4 years. N AICS CODE: This procurement will be conducted under the NAICS code 561730. The size standard for this NAICS code is $6.0 Million. The acquisition method is negotiated procurement.
