Description

The Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) is issuing Amendment 0003 to SP0600-01-R-0084, Utility Partnering Concept at Fort Hood, TX today, February 8, 2002. Amendment 0003 hereby incorporates the following Section J attachments into Module III, Privatization of Fort Hood?s Electric Distribution System, Natural Gas Distribution System, Water Distribution System, and Wastewater System: Attachment J1-Fort Hood Electric Distribution System, Attachment J2-Fort Hood Natural Gas Distribution System, Attachment J3-Fort Hood Water Distribution System, and Attachment J4-Fort Hood Wastewater system. Due to current redesign problems with the DESC website, all UPC Solicitation documents that have been issued are available on the FedBizOpps website, at http://www.eps.gov/spg/DLA/J3/DESC/SP0600-01-R-0084/listing.html. All documents currently posted are available within files identified as Solicitation 01 through Solicitation 09. A notification will be issued when SP0600-01-R-0084 will be available on the DESC website in addition to FedBizOpps. Please note: DESC will conduct a pre-proposal conference/site visit at Fort Hood within the next two months to address Module III issues. Details regarding the conference and site visit will follow in a separate notice.
