Description

This is a Request for Proposal to secure services for trail construction/reconstruction & trail bridges for the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie, Olympic & Gifford Pinchot National Forests. The resulting contract will be in effect from 5 yrs from date of award and up to 15 contracts will be awarded. The awardees will then compete for trail projects done as task orders for projects $25,000 to $500,000. The maximum dollar amount of orders over the term of contract awarded to any one contractor is $3,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 234110 with a corresponding size standard of $28MM. This solicitation will be handled as a Commercial Item Request For Proposal in accordance to FAR Part 12 procedures. Issue date of the solicitation is May 20, 2002 with proposals due at 2:00pm June 11, 2002. All interested parties can download the solicitation through FedBizOps.
