Description

The Franchise Business Activity, through Bureau of the Public Debt, Department of Treasury, intends to issue on a sole source basis, a simplified acquisition to Tesla Industries, 109 Centerpoint Blvd, New Castle, Delaware, 19720, to obtain the TI3000 Turbo Start Dry Cell Ground Power Unit. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 PM, EDT on June 3, 2002. Affirmative responses shall reference RFQ02-065 and shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required item or functional equivalent at terms more advantageous to the Government. Requests for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, a sole-source award will be made to Tesla Industries.
