Description: THIS NOTICE IS ISSUED TO ANNOUNCE CONTRACT AWARDS FOR SOLICITATION SP4410-01-R-4004 WHICH WAS FIRST SYNOPSIZED IN THE OLD COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ON JUNE 21, 2001. CONTRACT SP4410-02-D-5002 WAS AWARDED TO GLOBAL INVESTMENT RECOVERY. CONTRACT SP4410-02-D-5003 WAS AWARDED TO THE NTC GROUP. THE AWARD AMOUNT FOR EACH CONTRACT IS $5,000. FOR THE BASE PERIOD OF THESE CONTRACTS THE CONTRACTORS CAN RECEIVE UP TO 27 MILLION POUNDS OF MATERIAL TO DEMANUFACTURE.
