NA PRON: AX246290AX, NSN: 3110-00-840-8611, PN: 204-011-419-1, Quantity 626 each applicable to UH-1 Airframe unit. The approved sources are McGill Mfg Co. Inc. (92563), Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (97499) and Roller Bearing Co of America (51588). The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source(s). The required delivery is 126 each 140 Days After Contract Award and 100 each month until complet e. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solic itation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produc e the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
