Description
NA DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DAHA22-02-T-0038 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal A cquisition Circular 01-06. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. Numbered Note 1 applies. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333911, size standard is 500 employees. The following items are intended to be purc hased for the Government: (1) 10 ea 115 v pump w/remote dispenser meter. Delivery rate up to 18 gpm. Separate pump and motor assembly with an auxiliary ac line to control the solenoid valve (high flow 1 IN) in the remote dispenser. Unit also shall inclu de hose (1 IN x 12 FT) with integral static discharge wire and automatic nozzle. Pumping specs (1) self priming, direct drive, rotary vane design. Stainless steel bypass valve (23 psi). Check valve with pressure relief. 30 mesh stainless steel strainer. Motor specs: explosion proof, 1/3 hp, 1725 rpm, 115 vac, 60 hz motor with thermal overload protection and auxiliary ac lines which shall include ac junction box. Remote dispenser: 4-wheel push button reset which shall include 7-digit master totalizer. Factory calibrated for diesel fuel. Cabinet must be corrosive resistant. Solenoid must be dual stage, high-flow 1 IN. Hose and nozzle must have integral static discharge wire. Automatic farm type nozzle. If quoting on another brand, you must provide the manufacturer model number and provide descriptive literature on the or equal brand. (2) 10 ea Filter Head, 1 IN x 1 IN x 1 IN , Petro Clean # PC-1.00-N-1.38-12 or equal ; (3) 10 ea Filter, 1 IN with drain valve, Petro Clean #PC40830PA-DV or equal; and (4) labor and materials to remove existing pumps and meters, re-wire electrical system, provide discharge pump meter and nozzle and preform final test to satisfaction of the shop manager at the following locations in Mississippi: Louisville, Jackson, Bro okhaven, Greenwood, Monticello, Meridian, Ripley, Gulfport, West Point, and Greenville.
