Solicitation N62472-02-B-4102 CONTACT: D.McCoy 717-605-2515, fax 717-605-2529/Contracting Officer, J. M. Nihoff 717-605-4579 This acquisition is subject to FAR Clause 52.213-18, Availability of Funds. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary for rehabilitation and reconstruction and/or overlaying of 2,657 LF of 2 lane roadway including construction of 4,160 LF of aggregate shoulder. The drainage improvements include the removal and replacement of four inlets and one end wall, and clean out of 570 LF of 15? diameter pipe. Removal of portions of existing inlet is also included. The project also includes the removal of five railroad crossings and incidental work. Estimated Price Range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. Number of Days in Contract: 50. Number of Bid Items: One NAICS Code: 234110, Highway and Street Construction, $28.5 Million. Prospective contractors must register in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award. Bidders are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award. Specifications and drawings will not be directly provided in a paper hard copy format or CD-ROM. All prospective bidders are encouraged to register on the above web site for this procurement when specifications and drawings become available. Plan holders will be maintained on and can be printed from the web site. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (i.e. amendments) shall be made only on the web site. This acquisition shall be Unrestricted with a 10% Evaluation Preference for HUB Zone Small Business.
