Description
HYDRAULIC Z-LIFTS Custom made hydraulic power unit. Modified CAD drawing of the original 19-foot lift designed unit's geometry to fit a 6-foot bed. Lift must be capable of reaching a height of 15 foot 6 inches. The units in assistance with MONARCH hydraulic feature a design that will allow for longevity of service and efficiency. Lifts with hydraulic cylinder and reservoir designed to assist cylinders to allow for assembly that has little to no working part for quick and inexpensive maintenance. Prefer ORTMAN cylinders. Specifications: ? Chrome Moly squares and round tubing. ? Electrical control charging System (ECCS) with movement module. ? Installing ECCS to vehicle and test. ? Required instructions and parts list of all electrical components. ? Hardware and parts for (ECCS) construction and installation. ? 12 Volt system ? Oil impregnated bearing ? Oil impregnated bearing that fit pins and clevises. ? Cut tubing and coped for perfect metal to metal fit. ? Welding with a wire fed MIG type welder or TIG. ? Prefer incorporation of threaded pins in lieu of setscrews. ? Pins to be machined, threaded, and fitted to each lift. ? Pin collars machined from mechanical tubing to fits sections and pins. ? Welded collars to each section. ? Provide part numbers on each component for ease in identification. ? Designed interchangeable parts. ? Request that 80% of unit's parts be maintained in stock. ? Test: After unit completely assembled and tested. (Minimum of 75 cycles with a load of 150lbs). ? Request: All units to be sandblasted, seal prime and individual parts/component painted for rust prevention with premium automotive products. ? Require: Mounting brackets are custom designed for vehicles they will be installed in. ? Units to be mounted on vehicles' frame for rigidity. This also entails removing the spare tire and mount, installing the lift and modifying the spare tire mount. ? Shocks: Urethane pads All responsible sources may submit response to this solicitation.
