Description

NA The work under this procurement consists of an upgrade to the radiology clinic, the 3rd Floor Clinic Wing (Common Area), and the 3rd Floor Administrative Area, 7th Floor (East Common Area), Building 4500, Moncrief Army Community Hospital, FT Jackson, SC. Specifically, the project calls for specified demolition/removal of items on walls, preparation of walls and mental doors, specified painting and wall-paper of walls and doors, installation of cove base and chair rail, and reinstallation of signage and boa rds. This is a construction contract, and therefore not a commercial item. The NAICS Code for this work is 233320 and the size standard NTE $28,500,000. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% total small business set aside. The Government anticip ates awarding one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The magnitude of this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. A contractor must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and be properly registered in the Central Contract Register (CCR). T o register, go to the CCR website: www.ccr.gov. Solicitations will be only available electronically (at www.fedbizops.gov or http://acquisition.army.mil/default.htm). FAX proposals in response to the solicitation are not accepted. Performance time on t he contract will be approximately 90 days after notice to proceed (NTP). The solicitation will be made available approximately June 28, 2002.
