- Description
- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and transportation, to replace two existing stairs, walkway, and regrout two existing patio areas at Building 308. All work is to be completed within 60 calendar days following receipt of Notice to Proceed. The applicable NAICS Code is 235710. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 36. 204 the magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This requirement is solicited on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the samll Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13, and incorporating provisions and clauses through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07 and will be distributed through the Federal Business Opportunities web site: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation, ammendments, will also be distributed through this site. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about June 25, 2002. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. If you are unable to download the solicitation, a written request may be sumitted to the Contracting Officer requesting a hard copy. Written request only, specifying the (RFQ) number (02-3K47-RW1) faxed to 301-504-5468. There will be a limit to the number of hard copies that are issued. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. A site visit will be held at Building 308, Barc-East on July 2, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. Written quotations by facsimile are acceptable on or before June 27, 2002. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer that will be considered for award. Anticipated award is July 8, 2002.
