Description
NA 17. Pron: AX2F5127AX, NSN:3110-01-215-4794, PN: 7-311411202-5, Quantity 278 each min/1278 each max , this is a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement applicable to AH-64 Airframe Unit. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Corpus C hristi, TX. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s)specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. The approved sources are McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (8V613) and Kaydon Corpo ration (32828). The required delivery when First Article is applicable is 50 each 315 Days After Contract Award and 50 each month thereafter until complete. First Article test report due 198 Days After Contract Award. When First Article is not applicab le the required delivery is 50 each 210 Days After Contract Award and 50 each month until complete. When alternate II is applicable the required delivery is 50 each 263 Days After Contract Award and 50 each month until complete. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to th e closing dated stated above. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requ irements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information.
