- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Studies of Drug & Cell Microencapsulation Solicitation number 02144SJ1 which was posted on 06/19/02. You are notified that the following changes are made: is to correct the secondary POC from Joseph Mladinich to Geraldine Mason. The due date for receipt of quotes is not extended.
