Description

Correction: Change the response date from 24 Jun 02 to 27 June 02 at 1430 hours. Nonpersonal Services: The contractor shall provide all personnel equipment, tools, materials, supplies, labor supervision and appurtenances necessary to replace new High Efficiency Particle Air (HEPA) filters and certify flow/efficiency for installed condition in air handling systems located at Building 4550, Wilford Hall Medical Center (WHMC), Lackland AFB TX, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation must be downloaded from www.eps.gov, as no paper copies will be issued. The solicitation will be available on or about 13 Jun 02. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. This acquisition is restricted to 100% small business concerns. The applicable NAICS is 561790, and the small business size standard is $6M. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR can be obtained by accessing the internet, www.eps.gov, or by calling 1-888-227-2423. CCR registration must be obtained prior to award. All contractors must have current certification with the National Air Filtration Association (NAFA). All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency.
