NA NAICS: 235110 This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a Firm Fixed-Price contract and shall be solicited as a negotiated best value procurement. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to design a nd construct a HVAC system at the National Training Center, Desert Winds bowling Center, Building 905, Fort Irwin, CA.
