Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Indian Education Programs (OIEP) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Informed Educators Consulting Group for data retreats and intensive follow-up with focus schools; provide regional data retreats for corrective action schools; conduct data retreats for restructuring schools and two follow-up visits; assist with capacity building for OIEP staff; present at various OIEP meetings and complete an evaluation report of activities. This requirement will be purchased under the acquisition of commercial items. There is no solicitation regarding this sole source synopsis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Only written responses received by 3:00 p.m. MST, June 27, 2002 will be accepted. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in response to this notice. See note 22 (Sole Source Award). Note 22 modified to read 5 days in lieu of 30 days.
