Description

Notice of intent to negotiate an IDIQ multiple award sole source contract for Evaluation site visits routine in support of all-trauma data collection with Esther Berren, 3645 North Allwood Place, Pima County, Tucson, Arizona, James W. Taylor, 801 East Roanoke Road, Sterling, VA, and Ray Colucci, 27380 Pasto Drive, Punta Gorda, FL. Performance period is from September 27,2002 to September 26, 2003. Services shall include hospital visits, meetings, orientation and evaluation for Emergency Room (ER) staff, examples of known product hazards, complete trauma history, conduct record flow analysis, identify problems, routing of charts, record review, public relations, exit interview, reports and travel to hospitals. Anticipated date of issue July 30,2002 and award anticipated on or before August 14, 2002. It is not anticipated that any other available sources exist because of the unique requirement for data access. The NAICS code is 541690. Any firms desiring consideration are requested to fully identify their interests and capabilities within 10 days of the date of publication of this synopsis.
