Description: The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with IMTECH Systems, under authority of FAR 6.302, a purchase order for the C2 Modernization Data Wall upgrade to include equipment, software, design, engineering, labor, installation, and support on or about 2 July 2002. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Numbered Note #22 applies.
