- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will be available upon request. This solicitation, number N00259-02-T-0046, is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-07. This is an indefinite delivery type solicitation issued in accordance with FAR 12 & 13, including the terms and conditions as stated in 50.000-5006. The contractor shall provide CLIN 0001: SEROLOGIC AND INFECTIOUS DISEASE TESTING FOR BLOOD DONORS. Test includes ABO/RH, Antibody Screen(ABS), Syphilis(STS), HBs/Ag, Anti-HBc, Anti-HCV, Anti-HIV 1&2, ALT and NAT HIV-1/HCV; CONFIRMATORY TESTING FOR: ABO/Rh discrepancies, Syphilis G EIA, Antibody Identification. Contactor must be within six (6) hours fo ground transportation from Naval Medical Center San Diego California and will return the test results via fax witihin 24 hours of collection. Quantity: 1300, Unit of Issue: Each. CLIN 0002: SHIPPING SPECIMEN TO CONTRACTOR. Quantity: 64, Unit of Issue: Each, CLIN 0003: RETURN EMPTY SHIPPING BOXES TO NMCSD. Quantity: 64, Unit of Issue: Each.
