Tenders are 65 foot or 75 foot, and barges are 68 foot, 84 foot, 90 foot, 99 foot, or 130 foot. All work will be performed at the cutters? homepiers located in the following states: Texas, Louisiana, Florida, South Carolina, Maryland, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Alabama. The performance period is typically not to exceed 90 days per installation. The scope of the acquisition is for installing government furnished fire alarm/flooding systems, including but not limited to dropping overhead panels, running wire, incorporating existing bilge alarms, installing stuffing tubes, welding, programming, testing, and providing training for the crew. At the present time, this acquisition will be issued under full and open competition procedures. However, in accordance with FAR 19.1305, if your firm is HUBZone certified and intends to submit an offer on this acquisition, please respond by e-mail to cjeffries@mlca.uscg.mil or by fax (757) 628-4675/76.
