Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 ? ?Acquisition of Commercial Items? and Part 13 ? ?Simplified Acquisition Procedures?, as supplemente d with additional information included in this notice. This CSS is being issued as a Brand Name or Equal in accordance with FAR provision 52.211-6 ?Brand Name or Equal? (Aug 1999). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicita tion will not be issued. This requirement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3829 and The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334519 with a size standard of 500 employe es. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07 effective 15 May 2002 & Class Deviation 2002-o0003 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs), 1998 Edition, current to DCN 20020531. It is anticipated that payment will be made by Government VISA Credit Card. The contractor?s proposal shall consist of Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001, Quantity: 41, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Druck Baro metric Pressure Sensor, Model Number RPT410F-9105 in accordance with the Salient Characteristics as follows: Accuracy: + or - .015 inhg; Stability: 100 pm per annum; Output: Frequency of 600 to 1100 Milibars (Must be compatible with the Campbell Scienti fic CR10x, 21x, and CR23x Microloggers); Operating voltage: 9.5 to 18 Vde; Current consumption: less than 8 ma; Size: Must fit into an area not bigger than 5 x 3.5 inches. All proposals shall be clearly marked with Solicitation Number DATM07-02-T-0023 a nd emailed to Linda.Renteria@yuma.army.mil no later than 3:00 PM MST, July 9, 2002. Offers that fail to furnish required representations required by FAR 52.212-1 cited below or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be excluded from cons ideration. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government based on technical acceptability and price.
