- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.-The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is 02SQ810330 and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07.-This procurement is a total small business set-aside; NAICS Code is 334519 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quote and quotes shall include the business size. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.-CLIN 001, Electrical resistivity acquisition and recording system, with 200 W console, battery charger, external 12V power cable, data transfer cable, software & manual, and shipping case. System shall meet or exceed the following specifications: ability to address at least 1,024 electrodes; ability to address electrodes through a central resistivity system set of centrally located switchbox units or combination thereof; proven off-the-shelf commercially available remote monitoring capability; transmit Voltage of at least 500V; demonstrated current of at least 2.5A; ability to simultaneously measure output voltage and current; electrode switch time of one second or less; built-in hardware and/or software procedures for real time quality assurance/quality control; ability to select resistivity, IP, or SP measurements on all channels, quantity of one (1). CLIN 002, Remote Option, quantity of one (1). CLIN 003, Switching Box, 192 nodes, quantity of three (3).-Delivery and acceptance will be FOB destination at the Gilt Edge Mine, Gilt Edge Mine Field Office, #2 Gilt Edge Road, Deadwood, SD.-The following provisions are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial and 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items. The Government intends to make a best value buy to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous.
