Description

The work includes, but is not limited to: to provide all labor and materials according with specifications and drawings provided. a. Replace two condensate pumps and motors; b. Replace 2 condensate pump motor starters; c. Replace duplex motor alternator; d. Replace sump motor and starter; e. Replace exhaust fan motor starter and thermostat; f. Replace panel boards MDP and LPA; g. Replace four lighting fixtures; h. Replace wall receptacles; i. Replace 5KVA transformer; j. Replace conduit and wiring as indicated on contract drawings; k. Repalce gate and check valves; l. Replace piping and fittings; m. Replace liquid level control switches; n. Abate asbestos containing material; o. Reinsulate condensate tanks; p. perform non-destructive testing; q. Incidental related work as indicated on contract drawings. r. Provide emergency lighting unit, wiring, and conduit and minor miscellaneous mechanical and electrical repairs. ALL CONTRACTORS ARE ADVISED THAT REGISTRATION IN THE DOD CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) DATABASE IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO AWARD OF CONTRACT. FAILURE TO BE REGISTERED IN THE CCR MAY RENDER YOUR FIRM INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. ALL FIRMS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER IN http://esol.navfac.navy.mil to download information.
