ITEM: Air Conditioner (Electric) **** PART NUMBER: ACE-802-392S *** NSN: 4120-01-307-7390RN *** QUANTITY: 2 each with Option Year to procure 2 each for FY 03 requirements**** DELIVERY REQUIRED: 30 Oct 02*** REQUEST FOR QUOTE AVAILABLE: TO BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 12 JUL 2002 GENERAL ITEM CHARACTERISTICS: Size/Dimensions: 230 in L, 94 in H&W/Max weight with ducts, connectors, and fluids shall not exceed 20,000 pounds. Form/Fit/Function: Trailer mounted Electric Air Conditioner capable of delivering 450 PPM of 50 degree F air against a max static pressure of 1.0 PSIG into 3 separate, individually controlled 12 in outlet ducts, each 200 PPM of conditioned. Air shall operate in ambient condition ranging from 0 degree to 125 degree F. Predominate Material: Trailer Assembly, Tie Down Rings, conditioned Air Outlets, Control Panel, etc.*** APPLICABLE NUMBERED NOTES: 22 (One Known Source)*** APPLICABLE WR-ALC LOCAL NOTES: "B" Ombudsman, "B" - All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contacting officer an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
