Description

The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 821 rentable square feet in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The space should yield approximately 714 occupiable square feet of space. Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: North: Airport Drive South: Grant Road East: Packerland Drive West: South Pine Tree Road All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental considerations. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before October 1, 2002. Lease term will be for TEN years, with the Government having cancellations privileges in whole or in part on 90 days written notice after the FIFTH year. Expressions of interest should be received by July 16, 2002, reference Solicitation For Offers Number GS-05B-17104 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of measure used to determine rentable square feet 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5. Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
