- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a partial solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be made available to offerors upon request. Solicitation number 02T0051 is re-issued as a Request For Quotation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circu lar 2001-07. NAICS Code 337214 with a size standard of 500 employees. The following items are required. CLIN 0001) Furniture, systems, to include but not limited to accoustical panels, work surfaces, file drawers, task lights, overhead bins, prewired wo rkstations and panels, 1 job. CLIN 0002) Chairs, management, 4 ea. CLIN 0003) Chairs, guest, leg base, 80 each. CLIN 0004) Chairs, criterion, 7 each. The furniture/chairs will be utilized by the Utah Air National Guard. Delivery/acceptance is FOB Dest ination to UTANG Base, Salt Lake City, UT. Delivery time shall be 45 days ARO. The following evaluation criteria shall be used as addenda to FAR 52.212-2(a). 1) Technical ability of the item offered to meet the needs of the government, 2) Price, 3) Pa st Performance. The government reserves the right to award on all or none or split, best value basis whichever best meets the needs of the government. All offers MUST include specifications of the items quoted and a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3. All o fferors must be registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Offerors should include with their quotation: GSA number if applicable, DUNN and Bradstreet number, CAGE code, tax identification number, and place (city) where the items are manufactured. Quotes are due by 1700 hours on 31 August 2002 at the Utah Air Guard Base Contracting Office, 765 North 2200 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116.
