- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13. The Government intends to award, on a Sole Source basis, an order to Indigo Systems Corp for the following items: Item 0001, Indigo Systems Alpha NIR Camera System, Part Number: 412.0027.00, quantity 1 each. Item 0002, LabView Tool Kit for Alpha NIR Camera System, quantity 1 each. Item 0003, High Performance Zoom lens, 10-100 mm, quantity 1 each. Specifications: 1. The camera must come with a complete imaging solution, including: a National Instruments digital gramer grabber board cable, and LabView software to record, analyze, and view the images in real time. All hardware and software to be integrated in a desktop PC and fully tested. 2. Minimum focal plane array size is 320 x 256 elements. 3. Array pixel size is 30 microns with an optical fill factor greater than 90%. 4. Camera must have a spectral response from 900 nanometers to 1700 nanometers. 5. Must have a noise equivalent input sensitivity of less than 1 x 10 to the 10th power (photons/square centimeter)(seconds). 6. Linear dynamic range is 66 decibels. 7. Integration time range is from 10 microseconds to 8 seconds. 8. Must have a "snapshot" integration, not a "rolling integration." That is, all of the pixels on the array integrate at the same point in time. There can be no latency in time between when the first pixel starts to integrate to when the last pixel starts to integrate. 9. Camera system must have nonuniformity and bad pixel replacement capability for any integration time and frame rate. 10. The camera must come with 10-100 millimeter zoom lens. This synopsis incorporates some of the provisions and clauses at FAR 52.213-4 Terms and Conditions ? Simplified Acquisitions. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions. Numbered Note 22 applies; however, all offers received within 15 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of original synopsis will be considered by the Government. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333315 and Size Standard is 500 employees. Offerors must complete and submit with their quote, a copy of FAR 52.219-1 Alt I/II, Small Business Program Representation. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required for all contractors doing business with DOD. Information to register to CCR can be found at http://www.ccr.gov/.
