Description

Contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, and other incidentals, work includes but is not limited to: Construct a trail system including: a concrete walk way with 4 level pads, a treaded trail segment, approx 85 steps, culvert installation and enhancement of a primitive trail.. Work under this purchase order is located in Washakie County, Wyoming. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment Protection is required for all BLM Construction Projects exceeding $25,000.00. This is a 100% emerging small business set-aside. A performance period of 60 calendar days has been established. With an estimated start date of the week of 5 September, 2002. This solicitation and all it's attachments is available from our web site at: http://www2.eps.gov or http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Tentative issuance of this solicitation is on or about Aug 05, 2002 and a closing date or on or about September 05 2002, please refer to actual dates in the solicitation. Plan accordingly no fax bids will be accepted. Any Construction Projects over $25,000.00 require payment protection after award and before the notice to proceed can be issued. Ensure you reference the solicitation number, title, and enclose your complete mailing address on the outside of the envelope. Site visit is schedule for 29 July 2002@9:30 a.m. at the Rawlins Field Office, 1300 N. Third Street, Rawlins, Wyoming.
