- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-6. Delivery of items to be FOB Destination to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2590. The following clauses apply: 52.212-1,52.212-4, 52.212-5. Item 1: VideoRay Pro II submersible remotely operated vehicle. 1 ea; Item 2: 12? Daylight-viewable LCD with control box, 1 ea; Item 3: Deployment Reel System, 1 ea; Item 4: 1 year comprehensive maintenance and support plan, 1 year; Item 5: 2 day on-site operations and maintenance training, 1 lot; Item 6: Sony GV-D1000, 1 ea; Item 7: Spare main dome, 1 ea; Item 8: Spare upper, lower circuit board, heat sink assembly, 1 ea; Item 9: Spare main power supply, 1 ea; Item 10: Spare thruster motor, 1 ea; Item 11: Spare prop set, 3 ea; Item 12: Spare O-ring set (entire vehicle), 2 sets; Item 13: Spare pressure sensor, 1 ea; Item 14: Spare 250 ft. seal cartridge, 1 ea; Item 15: Spare light bulbs, 4 ea; Item 16: Spare thruster guard, 1 ea; Salient features: vehicle weight less than 10 lbs; total system weight less than 70 lbs; vehicle speed greater than 2 knots, vehicle size: capable of moving inside 21? diameter tube; forward and rear facing cameras; umbilical length: minimum of 250 feet.
