- THIS POSTING REPLACES THE PREVIOUS LEASE ACQUISITION POSTED UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER 0KY0073 (GS-04B-41032). REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 8,476 rentable square feet yielding 7,370 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Madisonville, Kentucky. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Madisonville, Kentucky within the following delineated area: NORTH: KY Highway 260 (East Lawn Road), SOUTH: Broadway from Spring to Pennyrile Parkway, EAST: Pennyrile Parkway, WEST: Spring, Pride, 41A, and 41 to KY Highway 260 (East Lawn Road). REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code and ordinance with 40 surface parking spaces required within two blocks. Space must be ready for occupancy on October 31, 2003. LEASE TERM: Term is 15 years, 10 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 10 years.
