Description

Solicitation N00421-02-R-3193 is hereby cancelled effective 22 July 2002. The requiring activity has determined that the requirement specifications were unclear. It has been determined that it is in the best interest of the Government to cancel this solicitation and procure the Digital Voice Logging Recorder Systems on current Government contracts. Through the government's research and inquiries, it was determined that capacity within current Government contracts already in-place, augmented by in-house capabilities, would enable NAWCAD St. Inigoes to fulfill the Air Force requirements. It was determined that canceling the solicitation was both within the Government's rights and should not be a burden to industry.
