- ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS NOTICE--ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NUMBER THREE (3)TO REQUEST FOR PROP0SAL NUMBER 232-03-0001. Amendment Number 3 Request for Proposal Number 232-03-0001 is amended as follows: 1. The date and time for submission of proposals (July 29, 2002 prior to 2 p.m. EST) remains unchanged. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment in their proposal transmittal letter. 2. The incumbent's contract was awarded by the Department of the Army Medical Command (MEDCOM). MEDCOM's Contracting Officer responsible for this contract is Bill Young. His telephone number is (210) 295-4428. Requests for information concerning the contract awarded to Medical Business Consultants, Inc. may be obtained by contacting Mr. Young. 3. Generally, the Government considers 2,000 hours to be representative of one (1) full-time person for one (1) year. However, the Government recognizes that local market conditions may influence the use of full-time vs. part-time staff. 4. Additional information concerning Oral Presentations: Offerors are advised that the Government desires to have no more than four (4) Contractor staff present for Oral Presentations.
