- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION and DEFENSE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS Code: 332510 . It is the government's intention to award the items "ALL OR NONE". The following is a list of items to be delivered Trident Refit Facility, Kings Bay, Georgia 31547: A purchase order will be issued following receipt and evaluation of quotations. Required delivery date: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, Commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items (OCT 1995) with its offer. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items (OCT 1995) is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition and resulting contract. The resulting contract will be firm, fixed price (FFP).
