Description: Contractor will provide all equipment, labor and materials for the miscellaneous removal and replacement of interior storm windows at Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site. Work will be constructed under a single prime contract and estimated price range magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Work will be conducted in multiple stages based on available funding. Each phase of work must be completed within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. Requests for a copy of the Invitation to Bid must be in writing and may be faxed to 307-344-2079.
