Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 7,985 rentable square feet yielding 6,900 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Lexington, Kentucky. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Lexington, Kentucky within the following delineated area: NORTH: Sandersville Road from Greendale to Georgetown Road. Then south on Georgetown Road to State Highway 4, Continue east on State Highway 4 until it intersects Newtown Pike; SOUTH: High Street from Rose Street to Manchester Street to Old Frankfort Pike. The South boundary then continues along Old Frankfort Pike until it intersects State Highway 4; EAST: Rose Street from High Street to Vine Street to Midland Avenue to Eastern Street to Short Street to Newtown Pike. Then continue north along Newton Pike until it intersects State Highway 4; WEST: State Highway 4 from Old Frankfort Pike to Leestown Road. Then west to Greendale to Sandersville Road REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Thirteen on-site and secured parking spaces are required. Space must be ready for occupancy on September 1, 2003. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years. OWNERS/AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office.
