- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Services prepared in accordance with the prescribed format of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and notification; quotes are being requested and a solicitation is posted as of 26 Jul 02. The solicitation number is F41636-02-T-0052, and is being posted as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310 and the small business size standard is $6.0 million. The contractor shall provide the following; The Government is anticipating awarding a commercial performance based contract for Preventative Maintenance on Auto Lifts Services. Contractor will be required to provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary for total Maintenance on Auto Lifts services on Lackland AFB, Kelly Field Annex, and Medina Annex. The period of performance for the basic period is 01 Oct 2002 to 30 Sep 2003, with an additional 4 option years (01 Oct 2003 through 30 Sep 2004), (01 Oct 2004 through 30 Sep 2005), (01 Oct 2005 through 30 Sep 2006), and (01 Oct 2006 through 30 Sep 2007The date of issue for the solicitation is 26 Jul 2002. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing the internet or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Registration must be obtained prior to award.
