Description: The intent of this project is to implement energy and water conservation measures at numerous buildings throughout the Tongue Point Job Corps Center campus. The work will include replacement of on-off thermostats with programmable thermostats, replacement of faucet aerators, ultra-low flush toilets and urninals and retrofitting flourescent fixtures with T8 lamps and electronic ballasts. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at the Tongue Point Job Corps Center in Astoria, OR on Thursday, September 12, 2002 at 10:00 am.
