Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with Raytheon Company, P.O. Box 11337, Tucson, AZ 85734. This sole source contract will procure the FY03 Full Rate Production Lot Four (FRP4) quantities of the Joint Standoff Weapon System (JSOW) AGM-154A All Up Rounds (AURs) and associated containers. This contract will also procure, or makes provisions to purchase, Separation Test Vehicles (SepTVs) and containers, Performance Characterization Test Vehicle (PCTV) and container, Jettison Test Vehicles (AGM-154A with Inert Payloads) with wooden boxes, Performance Characterization Test (PCTs), Telemetry Instrumentation Kits (TIKs), Sustaining Special Tooling/Special Test Equipment, Sustaining Engineering, , Program Management, Integrated Logistics Support and Technical and Administrative/Financial Data. This contract makes provisions to purchase optional quantities of the AGM-154A, containers and all associated hardware and support, SepTVs, PCTVs, PCT, TIKs, etc as stated above over a three year period for FY03 through FY05 requirements. In addition, this contract will also make provisions to purchase optional quantities of the AGM-154C JSOW Unitary variant and all associated containers, hardware and support to meet FY04 FRP1 and FY05 FRP2 requirements.
