Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, CA, is soliciting offers to provide a Heavy Duty Ultrasonic Cleaner for Vandenberg AFB, CA. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is FE461021820011. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08. A full text of all clauses and provisions can be accessed at http://www.arnet.gov/far/. The NAICS code is 333999 and the size standard is 750 employees. This acquisition is unrestricted. There is one line item as follows: Line Item 001 - Heavy Duty Ultrasonic Cleaner with Large Tank, capacity of 185 gallons, Ultrasonic Power 5,000 Watts, Ultrasonic Frequency 40 KHz, Heat 12,000 Watts, Power Supply 208V 3, with the following Optional Features: Rinse Tank, 25KHz Ultrasonics, Chip Catcher, 2nd Bag Filter, Extra Basket and Rollers on Basket Platform. Price is to include FOB Destination charges to Vandenberg AFB, CA. Delivery of this item will be no later than sixty (60) days after receipt of the order. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Oct 2000) apply to this acquisition. Offerors must submit a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, (Jul 2002) and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Nov 1995) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Feb 2002) is applicable by reference.
