Description

This is a modification to the requested square footage of the Government requirement for office space in Okemos, Michigan. The Government is seeking to lease 4,570 sq. ft. of rentable office space in Okemos, Michigan within the area formed by the following roads: On the North: Bennett Rd, east to Dobie Rd.,then south to Jolly Rd.,then east to Vanatta Rd., then east to Meech Rd.; On the South: Holt Rd.; On the East: Meech Rd.; On the West: College Rd. After an on-site survey by the Government, the target area and requirements may be revised, depending upon a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. An acceptable building or build-to-suit project will be considered. Rentable space must yield between 3,610 to 3,970 usable square feet for Government personnel, furnishings and equipment. Dedicated, on-site parking is required for 5 vehicles. The proposed lease is for 20 years, 10 years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than late Spring of 2003. The offered space should be fully serviced and must be able to meet all Government requirements, including fire safety and handicapped accessibility. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence showing authorization to represent the ownership. Expressions of interest should include the building address or site location, floor block plan and site plan. For this procurement, tenant brokers will not be used to represent the Government in lease negotiations.
