- THIS MODIFICATION IS BEING POSTED TO CORRECT THE RESPONSE DATE FOR THE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,406 rentable square feet yielding approximately 2,962 usable square feet of contiguous office space in Show Low, Arizona. Contiguous (same floor) space is preferred. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Parking for one vehicle must be available on site with a preference for reserved parking. An additional 12 parking spaces must be available within one block of the proposed building. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated area within the area of the Central Business District (CBD) in Show Low, AZ: NORTH: Old Linden Road, EAST: Penrod, SOUTH: Whipple, WEST: Clark Road. If you are not sure if your property fits in the delineated area please call for more information. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy by August 21, 2003. The following list contains, but is not limited to, space performance specifications for this lease procurement: 1) One (1) parking space are required, with a preference for reserved parking. 2) In addition to the parking described above an additional twelve (12) parking spaces need to available within one block of the proposed building. 3) Space must be contiguous, on one floor. 4) Space to be built with both partitioned and open area (bull-pen) space. 5) Set back from roadway and other property boundaries by at least 50 feet. LEASE TERM: Term is 15 years, 10 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 10 years.
