- Description
- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1650-01-044-3221, ARG02165041835, Fitting Swing Joint Hydraulic. In accordance with Lockheed Martin e (Cage: 81755) P/N 16H1910-7 Rev N1. Other sources are listed are Kaiser Aerospace Cage: 99215 and Aero Technology Cage: 4T683. Requirement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is August 23,2002 and the solicitation closing date is September 23, 2002. FOB: Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 007 applies. Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 848 each for the base year and 848 each for all option years. DSCR intends to award as a firm-fixed price type contract. This item requires First Article Testing Government Testing and Surge Sustainment. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
