- Description
- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is soliciting offers from interested contractors to provide preventative maintenance, repairs and routine services on medical equipment located at the Quentin N. Burdick Healthcare Facility located at Belcourt, North Dakota. The medical equipment includes: (1)Philips Tomoscan AV-P Expander I CT Scanner, (2) Philips PMX-2000 portable x-ray, (3) Philips BV-25 C-Arm, (4) Philips Diagnost 56 Radiographic/Fluroscopy System, (5) Philips Medio CPH Horizontal Diagnost Radiographic System, (6) AVL 995 Blood Gas Analyzer, (7) Bennet Mamography System, (8) Sysmex SE-9500 Hematology Analyzer, (9) Bactec 9000 Microbiology Analyzer, (10) Dade Microscan Walkaway 40 Microbiology System, (11) Phillips SD-800 Ultrasound Scanner, (12) Sysmex CA-1000 Coagulation Analyzer and (13) Johnson & johnson Vitros 950 Chemistry Analyzer. The Indian Health Service anticipates the award of a fixed-price contract for (1) one base year plus (2) two option years. RFP 02-13 will be available approximately 15 days from publication. Solicitation closing date is tentatively scheduled for August 14, 2002. Requests for RFP 02-13 must be in writing and referencing the RFP number. Requests may be faxed to 605-226-7669.
