- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-01-172-9646, ARG02164041843, Bolt Assembly, Fluid. In accordance with Northrop Grumman(Cage: 76301) P/N 74A230682 Rev F. Other sources are listed are B & B Precision Components Cage: 1N108 and Apex Manufacturing Cage: 2V343. Requirement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is September 3, 2002 and the solicitation closing date is October 3, 2002. FOB: Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. First Article Testing Government required. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 452 each for the base year and 452 each for all option years. DSCR intends to award as a firm-fixed price type contract. solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
